Vinny Restaurant + Vinyl Bar is a stylish new destination on Toronto’s iconic King Street by INK Entertainment Group, where shared plates and spinning records set the tone for unforgettable nights.
Karolina Loboda created the name, brand strategy, visual identity, and design collateral, all rooted in flow, flavour, connection, and a touch of nostalgia. Every element captures the energy of a place where music, dining, and late-night culture converge.
The custom wordmark blends retro soul with modern sophistication, while the icon mirrors the soft spin of a record—clean, tactile, and effortlessly cool. The name Vinny feels magnetic and nostalgic, a nod to vinyl culture and a persona that’s always tuned in, never trying too hard.
Guest DJs spin as diners stay for the vibe. From bold typography to layered textures, every detail carries rhythm, flavour, and flow—merging the soul of vintage vinyl and comfort food into a timeless, contemporary brand experience.
During TIFF 50, Vinny hosted premiere parties for Angelina Jolie (Couture), Sydney Sweeney and Ben Foster (Christy), and the Poetic License team including Maude Apatow and Leslie Mann, as well as Charli XCX for Erupcja—cementing its status as one of the city’s hottest new venues.
