Atelier Avocado designed/u00a0Empafashion Design,/u00a0 a project which aims to build up /u201cCommunity-Welfare-Business-Academic/u201d cross-sectoral collaboration network in local neighborhoods./u00a0Based in the Institute of Textile and Clothing, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. By connecting the organizations focusing on active-aging studies and services, the project aims/u00a0to promote sustainable social engagement, community empowerment and foster/u00a0social cohesion and inclusion through/u00a0adopting expressive textile arts and fashion.

The key visual of the project epitomizes the energy generated/u00a0during the expressive textile arts and fashion creation process, abstracted by the array of geometries symbolizing the sewing, stitching, and fabrication work.
