NINX is a playful interactive experiment by Yanlin Ma that turns a music playlist into a field of floating isometric cubes. Each track — from “Changed the World” to “Hotel California” and “Feel Good Inc” — repaints the entire screen in a single bold, saturated flat colour, cycling through crimson red, deep indigo, grassy green, warm orange and teal. The little three-dimensional blocks hover and cast long, crisp shadows across the monochrome backdrops, giving an otherwise minimal layout a surprising sense of depth. A slim left-hand menu and a soft, pill-shaped search field keep the interface calm so the colour and geometry can do the talking. It is a lovely piece of interactive design that finds real joy in the simplest of 3d shapes.
