Paweł Klimkowski designed this cinematic site for conductor Barbara Dragan, live at barbaradragan.com. Crisp white serif headings — 'Barbara Dragan, Orchestra Conductor.' and 'The Excerpts. Biography.' — sit on a pure black stage, while gently warped video panels of Strauss, Haydn and Puccini performances curve as if seen through a lens. The result is elegant and theatrical, pairing refined typography with restrained art direction. Every element feels composed, giving the page the poise of a concert programme. A graceful tribute to a life in music.
