Infinum created Design Islands, a design resource where the studio shares its knowledge through beautifully illustrated articles. The featured “Web Typography Tips” tutorial opens with a periwinkle-blue banner packed with letterforms, numerals and baseline guides in white, mint, peach and orange. Flat, geometric illustrations of browser windows, stacked books and a magnifying glass accompany short, well-spaced sections like “Inspiration” and “Do your reading!”. Bold headings and a clean two-column layout on white make the long read feel light and easy to follow. A generous, friendly piece of illustration-led design that celebrates good typography.
