Estudio Guayabo shaped this arresting exhibition site for Em Nome das Rosas, a cultural project presented by BDMG Cultural and BDMG Plural. The design puts typography centre stage: monumental white serif letters glow against a deep black field, closed by a single outlined final letter that lends the wordmark a quiet, elegant twist. Neatly ruled sections such as 'Exposição' and figures on domestic violence hold the layout in a calm, editorial grid. It is a restrained, confident piece of work where the letterforms carry all of the emotion. A beautiful reminder of how much a single typeface can say.
