Swell Design introduced the Illume Griffith residences with a site that opens like the title sequence of a film. The word ILLUME stretches across the full width in a high-contrast light serif, set over slow footage of orange and blue ink blooming through darkness around a suspended figure. Everything else is pared back to a thin top bar carrying the menu, the location line and a register link, so nothing interrupts the imagery. Below the fold the page stays black for a full-width video module, letting a single warm interview portrait glow against the dark, with the developer and agent marks quietly placed in the footer. Refined typography and moody art direction make this an elegant piece of property web design.
