Hans Wembacher from Anakin Design Studio gives hey.bayern, a regional platform for Bavaria, a warm and welcoming face built around charming flat illustration. The hero unfolds as an alpine panorama alive with tiny characters — a mountain biker, a lakeside paddleboarder and dog, a band mid-song, diners and a skier — gathered beneath a “Hey.Bayern” badge inviting visitors to discover the region like a local. Clean line icons and a friendly sans-serif organise the guide into approachable sections for themes, regions and holidays. The soft greens and blues keep the busy scene calm and easy to read. It is inviting, community-minded web design where playful illustration does the storytelling.
