Cai Cardenas designed Colab 4010 as a calm, editorial showcase for a co-working community of professionals, creatives and artists in Albion, Brisbane. Set on a soft off-white canvas with friendly cobalt-blue typography, the layout lets a generous run of interior photography breathe: timber-panelled stairwells, trailing plants, woven pendant lamps and a sunlit lounge. The asymmetric grid staggers images at different sizes, giving the scroll a relaxed, gallery-like rhythm that mirrors the space itself. A tidy contact block and an embedded map round things off without fuss. It is a warm, welcoming piece of web design with a genuinely editorial sensibility that sells a place through atmosphere rather than hard sell.
