Andrew Leguay built his folio around a single, striking typographic idea. The cover is a dense black field filled with white words set in a clean grotesque, rotated at every angle and overlapping like scattered labels. Terms such as Art Direction, Product Design, Prototype, Culture, Framework, Lifestyle and Structure tumble across the screen and quietly map out the range of his practice. Thin dashes cut between the words, breaking up the density and giving the composition a restless, almost kinetic energy. The Andrew Leguay folio is a bold reminder that typography alone can express a whole approach to art direction.
