Less than 30 minutes from Boulder, Colorado, Watson was tasked with naming and building the entire brand identity for The Moraine — a residential development nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, where urban convenience meets breathtaking outdoor access.

Driven by a strategy that blends aspiration, adventure, and modern alpine culture, the identity system scales seamlessly across digital, print, signage, and environmental touchpoints. More than a residential brand, The Moraine becomes a cultural marker — reflecting a lifestyle defined by intention, where urban energy meets mountain adventure. Neue Montreal grounds the motion design in a clean, modern typographic voice that feels equally at home on signage and screen.
