Think Company's identity pairs bold red Bagoss type with an AI agent

Think Company has never been defined by a list of services. The Philadelphia-rooted team of strategists, designers and engineers is known for how it thinks and for the people it puts in front of clients, yet its old brand led with what it sold. Baltimore studio DEEO was brought in to change that, with a brief that ran from brand strategy and messaging to visual identity, a new website, motion, advertising and a custom AI agent. The studio summed up the goal in a single line: building a brand for we, not it.

To get there, DEEO treated the Think brand as a person rather than a product. Long discovery and strategy sessions workshopped voice, tone and visual direction before any detail was locked, asking what Think's core values and characteristics would be if it walked into a room. The answers pointed to expertise, judgement and the ability to balance complex problem solving with human empathy. That point of view became the foundation for everything that followed, from the content structures to an expressive, bold and approachable design system.

The verbal identity puts that idea up front with one confident promise: We're the people you want in the room. It lands loudest in the typography, where Bagoss from Display Type Foundry sets big, tightly spaced headlines with plenty of attitude. Family handles subheads, ABC Diatype carries body copy, and Space Mono adds small technical accents that nod to Think's engineering side. Together they give the brand a voice that feels sure of itself without ever turning cold.

Colour does the same balancing act. A deep Midnight Navy and a hot Think Red form the core, with a warm off-white called Paper and a near-black Navy Black keeping layouts calm. Aqua, Prism and Rose arrive as secondary colours, used sparingly to bring a little lightness to social posts and campaign moments. The system was built to move from the start, so the palette, headlines and portrait cards animate across social, video and advertising with the same rhythm.

The website started from a blunt question: what even is a website? Instead of putting the burden of navigation on visitors, DEEO built Think Agent, a brand AI agent powered by Google Gemini that sits at the heart of the site and answers whatever a user wants to know about the company, its services and its work. It draws on Think's live site content plus a set of agent-only material written to keep its answers accurate, and it is styled to sound and look like Think rather than a generic chatbot. As the studio puts it, the agent is not a technical add-on but a brand decision.

DEEO delivered the full transformation in nine months, from kickoff in January 2026 to launch in September, well under the year or more that projects of this scope usually take. The studio kept the process lean, favouring collaborative working sessions where decisions were made in real time over long revision cycles, which left more room for creative exploration. Alongside the identity and site, the engagement produced social assets, a billboard, digital advertising and a custom AI content creation tool. The result is a Think Company that reads as deeply human, from the first headline to the last line of code.
