When Betr launched four years ago, it did one thing: microbetting. Founded by Joey Levy and Jake Paul, the company has since grown into a real-money gaming ecosystem spanning Picks, Predictions, Social Sportsbook, Social Casino and Arcade, with Rips and more products on the way. Four of those products arrived in just 13 months, and Betr now reports one million paying users and describes itself as the most-followed real-money gaming brand on social media. To carry it into its next era, Betr brought in Motto® to build its strategic, verbal and visual foundation.
The brief was a deceptively hard one. Motto had to make five very different gaming experiences feel like one company, give a fast-moving startup a more mature and premium expression, and do it without sanding off the challenger attitude that built Betr's following in the first place. The system also had to absorb products that do not exist yet, since Betr plans to have at least seven live inside its app within a year. Rather than describing where the company stands today, the studio designed the brand identity around where it is heading.
At the centre of the new brand sits You In?, a two-word invitation that Motto calls an Idea Worth Rallying Around®. The question turns the participatory nature of gaming into the organising thought for the whole company, bigger than any single product and loose enough to stretch across whatever Betr builds next. It works as a headline, a campaign line and a tone of voice, and the verbal identity extends it into a run of short, punchy commands such as Swing big, Run it back and Cash it. Stacked in tight type, those lines give every product the same confident voice without forcing them all to look identical.
The visual system is built to be read in a split second. A lightning-bolt symbol anchors the logo and leads a simple icon set that labels each product, while a purple scale runs from near-black through violet to soft lilac. Type carries much of the confidence: FT Aktual is the primary typeface, KMR Waldenburg adds a secondary voice, and SF Pro keeps the app interface native and easy to read. Around that core, the identity leans into tactile, almost sculptural moments, from frosted ice dice for a new token drop to chrome script lettering that hangs like a chain pendant and glossy 3D type for headline messages. The result looks noticeably more premium than Betr's startup era, yet it keeps the swagger the brand is known for.

Inside the product, the same rules hold the ecosystem together. The Picks interface, entry confirmations and navigation between Arcade, Picks and Tokens all share the bolt, the purple scale and the clipped verbal tone, so moving between products feels like moving through one app. That matters for a company that keeps adding to its lineup: Predictions rolled out with Betr 2.0, making Betr the first consumer app to launch Polymarket markets, and it slotted straight into the existing system. The identity stretches beyond gameplay into content too, with formats such as the GameTime podcast wearing the same type and colour language. It is a practical answer to the biggest question in the brief: how to make a growing portfolio read as one connected world.

The identity debuted with Betr 2.0 and the SOMETHING BETR campaign, which reunited Jeremy Piven and Adrian Grenier on set for the first time since Entourage, alongside Jake Paul, Lonzo Ball, Gelo Ball and Le'Veon Bell. Betr says the launch drew nearly 10 million organic social views in under 24 hours. Out of home, the system scales up to billboards that pair a purple ball and bolt with lines like Picks. But Betr., while subway screens boil the You In? spirit down to Your Move. Merch closes the loop, turning the bolt into a chrome keychain and the wordmark into a phone-case sticker.
