Abanico Networks designed this crisp, editorial website for TEA — Tenerife Espacio de las Artes, the Canary Islands art centre housed in the striking Herzog & de Meuron building shown across its pages. The layout is bright and generous, numbering current exhibitions in oversized figures and threading events, publications and architecture through a clean white grid. Serif headlines and plenty of breathing room lend it the composed feel of a printed programme, while full-bleed photography brings the institution’s exhibitions and spaces to life. It is a confident, well-ordered piece of web design that lets the cultural content lead. The restrained editorial structure makes a busy calendar feel effortless to navigate.
