Build in Amsterdam created this elegant website for Powerhouse Company, letting its buildings take centre stage. The homepage scatters a loose grid of photographs – a stone villa with a red vintage car, a brick facade with ribbon windows, a dark angular volume, a green-trimmed tower and a bright white interior – around a large, refined serif POWERHOUSE wordmark. A small pill-shaped tagline above reads “We give meaning to Space”, with its key words underlined. The generous white space between the images gives the collage an airy, gallery-like calm. Sophisticated art direction and beautiful photography make this a wonderful showcase.
