OUI R

German studio OUI R presents its selected projects in a sleek, dark slideshow. Set against solid black, a single centred slide showcases a piece of tactile paper illustration — a red paper-cut ketchup bottle poised on a two-tone lilac and purple set — created for Vodafone Germany. Ghosted previews of neighbouring projects sit at the edges, and a slim serif-and-sans type system with numbered pagination guides you elegantly from one case study to the next. The restrained black canvas makes the craft-driven imagery and its rich colour really glow. It's a polished portfolio in the form of web design, with beautifully staged illustration at its heart.
