Jordan Gilroy

Jordan Gilroy is a freelance designer and illustrator based in Yorkshire, and his personal portfolio makes that dual craft the whole story. A refined serif headline — "Designer & illustrator based in Yorkshire" — sits over a warmly styled hero of a framed skeletal print, a trailing houseplant and a battered vintage trunk, setting a considered, tactile tone. Below, a generous grid mixes hand-lettering, kraft packaging, cinema web work and restaurant branding, each tile a small showcase of range across print and screen. Clean white space, black typographic labels and a bold electric-blue closing call-to-action keep the whole thing calm and confident. It is a friendly, well-composed piece of web design that lets the illustration do the talking.
