Fran Mubrin makes Hot Type feel joyfully alive, a type foundry that describes itself as the home of contemporary typefaces built on historical and cultural legacy. Oversized black serif copy fills the white page and is playfully interrupted by expressive stickers — a green “Delicately Chiseled Natural Goodness” seal, an orange “Stroy Grotesk” product card and a bright “Hot Sans” badge.
