ATTCK gives Financial District address 20 Broad a suitably deco-tinged elegance, opening on a warm photograph of the building’s lobby beneath the fine-lined “Twenty Broad” wordmark. “Marvelous Manhattan Residences” sets the tone as the layout alternates between airy cream sections and deep navy blocks accented with gold serif type and thin art-deco rules. Interiors, a mid-century amenity lounge and the blue-chaired “Blue Bar” are photographed with an editorial eye, and a stylised navy neighbourhood map grounds the building in Lower Manhattan. Every element speaks of contemporary convenience and historic allure. It is a refined, confident bit of web design where typography and photography do the selling.
