Created by Spoon / Marius Hole for Norway’s Bane NOR, Banorama is a joyful, character-led educational experience about railway safety for children. A soft sky-blue stage is populated with a wonderfully expressive cast — a poised woman, a travelling cat with a suitcase, a teal-haired kid, a confident figure in a red coat and a squirrel on skis — each drawn with bags of personality. The chunky three-dimensional “BANORAMA” lettering, level-crossing sign and ticking clock add to the fun, storybook atmosphere. A friendly navigation and a “Snurr film” play button invite young visitors to explore quizzes and lessons at their own pace. It is a delightful showcase of illustration and character design working hand in hand.
