Bicnic is a new business project established by the team of Betlem /u2013the renowned restaurant located in the Eixample quarter of Barcelona and led by the chef V/u00edctor Ferrer/u2013 and Toormix, the project links gastronomy and design to create a new street food culture brand. Betlem oversees the culinary section and gastronomic concept, while Toormix is in charge of the creative concept, brand, and communication as well as the conceptualization of products and services.
