the branding people designed Yum!cat/u00e1n is a pop-up food concept that embraces Yucatan/u2019s cochinita pibil, one of Mexico/u2019s most famous gourmet dishes: a pre-Hispanic recipe prepared in traditional underground ovens where it/u2019s slowly cooked to bring out its complete and authentic flavor. tbpmx created a clean and organic iconography representing the cochinita/u2019s unique ingredients: pork meat spiced with axiote and topped with purple onion and habanero peppers. The logo construction and color palette highlight the ancient process of handcrafted traditional preparation and ingredients.
