2021 came up with many trends from the past. One of them is related to the fashion world: the vintage-limited sneaker’s edition. GenZ is now buying retro kicks, while others are just checking the back of their closets to bring back to life their beaters. SNEAKRS — a limited-edition sneaker, clothing, and accessories marketplace is a community where members have access to news, content, and the best products in the world. There’s where Brada took action to make their branding and packaging stand out.
The project has four main axes: the streets as the place where streetwear was born, technology as the medium where the brand lives, luxury as an attribute acquired from limited products, and the historical and nostalgic value of the sneakers they used on the field. The challenge was to combine all four.
Brada chose a contrasting typography selection and made a typographic modification in the “S” of the main logo, which can be changed to become a stronger version. While business cards featured the use of silver foil and subtle paint stains that allude to graffiti representing the streets, urban style. All this is framed in a direct and clear graphic line, identically applied to the digital platform.
Brada is a Mexican graphic design studio working with clients all over the world. They design visually and stunning brand identities that aim to aspiration and delight, making connections with people.
They love brands, and that’s the reason why they focus all their efforts on branding and develop many other design pieces, always maintaining their principles: aesthetic, simplicity, and function.
