Alex Kalashnikov brings a rigorous, Swiss-inspired sensibility to this site for the V–A–C Foundation and its GES-2 House of Culture in Moscow. Set almost entirely in black and white, the design leans on a bold grotesque sans-serif and a network of dashed connector lines that turn the page into a kind of live diagram — dates, locations and an arcing arrow guiding the eye toward the “See live episodes filmed daily” message. A single black programme card and a lone photograph of the venue’s blue chimneys provide just enough contrast to anchor all that open space. The result is confident, editorial and deeply typographic, treating an arts institution with the clarity of a well-set newspaper. It is a striking example of restrained editorial design where structure itself becomes the ornament.
