Frankly takes on a famously dry subject with charm in Open Loop, a Facebook program "making regulatory policies engaging using super cool animations." Against a soft blue backdrop, a grid of bright flat-illustration stills tells the story — a bold overlapping "Open Loop" wordmark, a tightrope walker crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, playful government and tech icons, and a tangled transit map topped with a "Policy & Regulation" scroll. The friendly geometric characters and cheerful palette make complex policy feel approachable. It is a delightful example of explanatory animation and clean illustration.
