Kaoru Yamada Photography

Yota Shiraishi designed this richly packed portfolio for photographer Kaoru Yamada, arranging dozens of commissions into a seamless, edge-to-edge grid. Editorial fashion, food, nature and product shoots sit side by side, their varied colours and moods forming a lively patchwork the moment the page loads. Slim tabbed navigation and small dated captions keep the dense layout easy to browse without ever quieting the imagery. It is a generous, immersive showcase that puts the breadth of the photography on full display, with a strong editorial sensibility.
