Josh Sender's online home doubles as an artwork in its own right, opening with a surreal gradient render of an empty contemporary space bathed in purple and teal on joshsender.com. An elegant serif introduction frames the New York artist before the page scrolls into a series of projects — digital distortions of gallery interiors, online archives and web-based experiments. The airy layout and dreamlike imagery blur the line between portfolio and installation. It is a thoughtful, self-aware piece of web design and art direction that treats the browser as an exhibition space.
