Zeus Jones made this striking interactive piece, Innovation is Hard — What’s Stopping You?, that splits the screen into three full-height colour columns of golden yellow, coral and dusty blue. Each panel poses a candid barrier to innovation in bold serif type — colleagues who don’t understand it, risk-averse stakeholders, a definition of success that kills it — numbered and paired with a quiet “Learn More” link. The confident colour blocking and oversized editorial typography give a serious business topic a genuinely engaging, playful energy. It is a smart, well-crafted example of interactive design that rewards clicking through. The restrained web design lets the message and colour do all the talking.
