Florian Markl takes a strikingly text-first approach with the site for his Berlin studio, Atelier Florian Markl. Set on a deep petrol-teal background, clean white sans-serif copy is arranged in tidy editorial columns, with a small rainbow stripe in the corner the only flash of colour. There is no imagery to hide behind here, just confident typography, careful hierarchy and an honest run through the studio’s philosophy and reference clients. It is a bold, restrained piece of editorial web design that trusts words and structure to do the work. Understated and self-assured, it rewards a careful read at florianmarkl.com.
