Felipe Victor lets typography do the talking on his portfolio site Felipe Victor, where an enormous, high-contrast serif spells out "10 things" across a bright white stage. The dramatic display letterforms, with their sharp thins and swelling curves, turn a simple statement into a striking centrepiece. Restraint everywhere else, a whisper of grey supporting text and a quiet downward arrow, keeps all the attention on the type and its beautiful typography. It is a bold, elegant approach to web design that trusts a single idea to carry the page. Simple, confident and memorable.
