Dazze Studio

Dazze Studio introduces itself as a specialist in ‘Experience Commerce’, and its own portfolio site makes the case with quiet assurance. A clean white canvas and a bold black sans-serif headline give the page an airy, gallery-like calm, while a loosely offset grid of project thumbnails — vibrant fashion editorials, handpicked vintage womenswear, immaculate silk apparel — supplies all the colour. The layout lets each piece of work breathe before dropping into a dark ‘Have a project? Get in touch’ footer warmed by a single orange underline. It is a restrained, well-mannered piece of web design that keeps the client work firmly in the spotlight. A tidy example of thoughtful art direction in an agency showcase.

Dazze Studio

Dazze Studio designs, builds and improves eCommerce stores for independent fashion and lifestyle brands, on WooCommerce and Shopify. Founded in 2019 by Jamie Davidson, who spent 14 years running eCommerce client side before starting the studio, latterly as eCommerce Director, for brands including Stone Island, C.P. Company, LN-CC and oki-ni. The design has to earn its place: it needs to look considered and perform commercially at the same time.
