Atticus Finch Clothing is an independent menswear retailer on Smith Street in Collingwood, Melbourne, stocking labels such as NN.07, Fred Perry, Fracap and Anderson's. Its online store had been running on an old Shopify theme that no longer reflected the brand or the quality of what hangs on its rails. Dazze Studio rebuilt the store from the ground up on Shopify Horizon, with the aim of a site that looks as good as the clothes it sells.
The new design keeps the product at the centre. Garments sit on soft, warm-toned tiles set against clean Helvetica Neue typography, while editorial blocks for featured brands, the founders and the Collingwood store give the shop the feel of a curated boutique rather than a catalogue. Behind that, every section of the homepage and product pages is a reusable block, and content that used to be hard coded now lives in Shopify metaobjects, so the Atticus Finch team can rearrange and update the store without calling a developer.
On the shopping side, the studio concentrated on the moments where customers usually drop off. Predictive search returns results in real time, a slide-out basket updates live, and a quick buy modal shows stock and colour options without leaving the collection page. A sticky add to cart bar, a wishlist on every product card and colourways grouped into one product family round out an ecommerce experience built to keep the next step close at hand.
