Funs Kurstjens built the portfolio of photographer Andreas Hempel to let the imagery run full and cinematic. The opening frame is pure atmosphere—a woman in a red hoodie leaning against a dark car at dusk, a taillight glowing hot against the shadowed forest behind her. Vivid red display type reading “Dusk Till Dawn” floats over the scene with the line “Rage against the dying of the light,” the only colour bold enough to match the photograph. The restrained interface—just a name, a title and a single ring cursor—keeps all attention on the work. It is moody, filmic photography framed by assured art direction.
