Curate Labs turns the fourth issue of Curate Magazine, themed "Well", into a genuinely editorial online reading experience. It opens with a brooding hand-drawn charcoal portrait beneath a fine serif masthead, before an electric-blue spread delivers the curator's hand-signed note. A tidy grey contents-and-credits page lays the issue out with real magazine rigour, and the articles unfold into black-and-white Barcelona photo-journals with crisp blue captions locating each scene. The measured typography and generous white space give it the calm authority of a printed publication translated to the screen. It's a lovely example of editorial web design done with care.
