Zero Studios Turns Two

Zero Studios mark their second birthday with a page that says a lot with almost nothing. On a pure black field, crisp white type simply reads “Zero is Two,” underscored by three tiny hand-drawn marks — a zigzag, a wave and a dashed line — like proofreading squiggles. A lone white dot floats above and a quiet “@zero.studios” anchors the foot of the screen. The extreme restraint, generous negative space and playful little glyphs make the minimalism feel warm rather than cold. It is a charming, self-assured exercise in typography and web design.
