Alexandra Elisa Erber tells a genuinely charming story with the site for Studio von Freunden, a studio and coworking collective. The scroll opens on a bold black “von Freunden” wordmark before unfolding an editorial narrative — “a project manager and a creative walk into a bar” — that frames the founders’ friendship in soft blue duotone portraiture. Warm coral and peach tones colour a heart-shaped “est. 2021” badge and a grid of collaborator portraits, giving the whole page a friendly, human-first feeling. Playful strikethroughs and asterisked asides such as “But we are not.” keep the typography witty and self-aware. It is a heartfelt example of web design that leans fully into editorial storytelling.
