lavva . digital agency created this elegant website for ROM Boats. The homepage opens on a full-screen view of dark, rippling sea water, instantly setting a calm and luxurious mood. A delicate handwritten "Rom" logo sits in the corner, while the centre holds widely spaced serif capitals reading "When design work together", with the word "design" picked out in a warm copper tone. A quote from the founder about unique and glamorous boats completes the welcome in small, refined type. Understated and atmospheric, it is a lovely example of premium web design built on restrained typography.
