Designer Pier-Luc Cossette crafted this cinematic portfolio for freeskier Phil Casabon, and it opens with a beautifully washed-out, near-white photograph of a skier mid-air above a snowy cliff. A subtle play button invites visitors to “Watch / Be Inspired,” while a boldly letterspaced PHIL.CASABON wordmark anchors the foot of the screen. The muted, almost monochrome palette and generous negative space give the design a quiet, atmospheric power. It is a confident piece of typography and art direction that lets the raw energy of the sport speak for itself.
