Mitsugu Takahashi

Mitsugu Takahashi, a UX and UI designer based in Tokyo, keeps things beautifully spare on his personal portfolio, Mitsugu Takahashi. A warm greige backdrop frames a single thin-bordered black-and-white fashion photograph, over which a delicate white script monogram is drawn with a light, almost handwritten touch. Tiny numbered labels and a whisper of navigation are all that break the calm, letting the imagery hold centre stage. The result is a restrained, elegant study in UI/UX minimalism and confident art direction.
