Shogo Tabuchi brings a jolt of pure chromatic energy to Gradation, Inc, a portfolio site that turns the full spectrum into its hero. Diagonal bands of electric blue, teal, magenta and lime streak across the screen behind a confident white headline reading "Meet New Color," punctuated by a tiny pixel-art cityscape nestled into the type. The heavy sans-serif and pared-back menu keep the layout grounded while the saturated background does all the talking. It is a joyful, maximal celebration of a rich colour palette, and a fitting showcase for a studio whose very name nods to the gradient. A lively piece of web design that leads unapologetically with colour.
