Fuge is the portfolio of designer Alexander Laguta, and it lives up to its own tagline of "Simple & Straightforward." The interface is built almost entirely from typography — a pale grey canvas, a modest "Fuge." wordmark, and neat underlined lists of case studies arranged along faint intersecting guide lines. A single small thumbnail hovers within the grid, letting the project names and generous white space do the talking. The result is a disciplined take on a web design and UI/UX studio's work, where restraint reads as confidence. Everything about Fuge feels measured, tidy and quietly self-assured.
