SIMCA is a real estate developer dedicated to strategy and construction, mainly at Merida, Canc/u00fan, Playa del Carmen and Tulum in M/u00e9xico.

As part of the identity,
created an isotype shaped by two leak points that seen in perspective make up the word SIMCA, which is represented in a flat way. The logo is simple and has a clear illegibility. SIMCA, as a developer includes many other brands within itself, that/u00b4s why they chose a shocking color palette but still vibrant, since it denotes strength and modernity.
