Joe Harrison created Responsive Logos as a smart personal experiment that reimagines world-famous marks as adaptive, responsive systems. The single-page site stacks full-width horizontal colour bands, each one a bold monochrome field — Coca-Cola red, Chanel black, a mint green for Nike, MTV yellow and New Balance teal — with a single iconic logo centred inside. The confident block colour and generous spacing turn a study in brand simplification into a striking, poster-like browsing experience. A quiet header and a small footnote clarify that the project is an independent 2014 concept, unaffiliated with the brands themselves. It is a clever, beautifully restrained demonstration of how logo design and branding can flex across screen sizes.
