Copenhagen-based creative studio Studio Morfar has unveiled a vibrant new brand identity and website for Purpose Talent — a New York consultancy founded by former Etsy, Casper and Kickstarter talent leader Andrew Blancato.

Known for helping high-performing individuals find purpose-driven roles, Purpose Talent turned to Studio Morfar to translate its deeply human mission into a distinctive visual and verbal identity. The result is a joyful, jazz-inflected brand world of movement, colour and rhythm — designed to evoke the feeling of fulfilment, not just depict the function of work.

At the heart of the rebrand was one deceptively tricky question: how do you capture the feeling of fulfilment? Rather than leaning on tired tropes of people at desks or beanbag-filled offices, Studio Morfar embraced the abstract, crafting a visual world rooted in jazz, dance, and movement.
