Chicago.com is being built by Chicago Public Media as a destination where Chicagoans can find trusted local information, discover community knowledge, explore civic and cultural resources, and uncover new ways to get involved. The site is designed to foster conversation, connection, and community—making it easier for people to navigate the city together.

The website was designed and developed by Decimal, prototyped in Figma with motion concepts explored in After Effects, and built using Next.js and React.

Visitors are encouraged to explore the teaser site, join the email list, and share what would help them feel more connected to Chicago.
