The International branding
The International is a new, world-class apartment offering of 88 luxury residences in central Auckland. A re-purposed office building will be transformed into an iconic building clothed in a contemporary exoskeleton, situated on the doorstep of Albert Park in Auckland, New Zealand. Studio South were involved from the outset in creating a complete brand identity and marketing package to assist in the promotion of The International. With an ambition to sell all apartments off the plans, the studio designed, directed and managed numerous components to create a comprehensive array of printed and digital communications material. Additionally Studio South played a significant role in the spatial design of an apartment show suite. Heavily influenced by the earthy tones of the interiors designed by interior architect Rufus Knight and taking cues from luxury brands, we created an elegant and sophisticated identity perfectly suited to the target market of high-wealth, premium buyers. The International has had an overwhelmingly positive response and a tremendous amount of interest from buyers. Apartments are currently selling at a rapid pace. Branding project seen on Bpando.
