Nightjar designed its own studio website, nightjar.co, and it is full of energy. The homepage is dominated by a vivid fashion portrait of a woman with voluminous dark curls and a bright yellow faux-fur collar, set against a painterly teal background. Over the image, a large white sans-serif headline explains that Nightjar build digital brands, products and experiences, while a short intro about living where dark meets light sits in the top-left corner. The navigation is pared back to a wordmark with three dots and a single circle, keeping all the attention on the photography. Bold colour and confident type make this a memorable example of studio web design.
