MontRural is a private masia in the Penedès wine region of Catalonia, a boutique rental for groups, retreats and small events, and its website was designed by Emblematica Agency. The brief was to sell silence, privacy and aesthetics rather than a list of rooms, so the site opens on a stacked serif headline that sets the tone before a single image has loaded. Large display type in a warm cream palette sits directly above a full-bleed photograph of the 15th-century house.
Instead of a conventional gallery, the page moves between cream and deep vine-green panels as visitors scroll, with small portrait photographs of laid tables and drinks trays floating over the larger landscape shots. Botanical engravings and a gold ivy leaf drift through the layout, and the rental section is split into three tabs for a full masia stay, event hire and the bodega space. A closing band of oversized italic type beneath a vineyard illustration carries the wine and gastronomy story, while a persistent booking button keeps the enquiry one tap away.
The site is built on Tilda with GSAP-driven motion, and it ships in English and Russian to match the languages spoken by the host, Vero, who manages bookings by WhatsApp. It shows how a no-code platform can still deliver a considered web design, with hand-set typography, editorial pacing and restrained animation that suits a hospitality brand selling slowness. Every section ends in a clear route to booking, from the rental formats to the contact block at the foot of the page.
