Violet Office gave MAFF a jolt of contemporary energy, wrapping a culture-video platform in acid neon yellow and black. Sections for Music, Art, Fashion and Forward are each topped by a marquee of their category word in bold black type, sitting above tidy rows of video thumbnails. Oversized outlined lettering scrolls along the base, giving the grid a restless, editorial rhythm. It is confident and youthful without ever losing its structure or legibility. A punchy piece of web design with a strong editorial backbone.
