Paul Dunbar designed Hotbox. The owners of Mike & Patty's, a Boston breakfast staple developed a new late-night comfort food concept. It needed to feel edgy, fun and have an urban vibe. Their concept was to combine two Boston classics in one location. North Shore's roast beef sandwich and South Shore's "Bah Pissa".
